Wales coach Warren Gartland has not made any changes to his starting side that pulled off a surprise 34-7 win over Scotland as he named his team to take on England at Twickenham this weekend.
Despite the temptation to possible start the fit again British Lions winger George North, the New Zealander has decided to stick with Worcester man Josh Adams, who earns his second cap, in an unchanged XV that did the job in the opening round.
If any changes are to be made it will be forced ones as Wales are still awaiting the results of Cory Hills head assessment after taking a knock to the head at the weekend, but they full expect him to be available to resume training no later than Thursday.
North has instead been named on the replacements bench in place of Ospreys Centre Owen Watkin in the only change to the 23 man squad.
There is also no place for Lions fullback Liam Williams who has recently return to full training, but has now been sent back to his club side Saracen’s and will play for them against Newcastle at the Weekend. When question about North’s omission Gartland replied “It's great to name an unchanged starting XV, the players deserve that for a very good performance on the opening weekend,” said Gatland. “We have made one change on the bench, with George coming in for Owen (Watkin), which is tough on Owen but Josh (Adams) picked up a slight strain last weekend so George provides us a bit more cover there.
