Although subject to a medical and Costa agreeing personal terms it would allow the Spanish international to return to the club from which Chelsea originally signed him from in 2014 for a reported fee of £32 million. During his time with the Blues, the Brazilian born striker has scored 58 goals in 120 appearances, including 20 goals in last season Premier League winning season.
